Skills

I can work, program and administrate all major Unix-based operating systems, including Linux (KSI-Linux, RedHat, Debian, Slackware), Solaris, HP-UX and others. I can program using Perl, PHP, C, C++, Java, Bash, Tcsh, sed, awk. I have worked with SQL servers MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle. I can administrate web-servers Apache and IIS, including programming with apache API. Also I have programmed computer graphics and CAD applications, including some for Windows platform - using Microsoft Visual C++, DirectX, OpenGL, Vtk, MFC. I have a lot of experience with Internet security. I'm the fan of GPL and Free Software, I'm taking part in the development of a Linux distribution KSI-Linux and I'm supporting several my own free software projects for web-development, you can read more about it on page "programs" of my homepage.

Index of my publications.

Scientific

I conduct my research with my colleagues in the field of computer graphics. Software tools using CSFBF functions (applicable in various problems in computer graphics that require scattered data interpolation/extrapolation) were developed and I have made a special page describing this tools </csrbf/>. I have also made a several publication/presentations devoted to this subject and I continuously work on improving this tools and writing new publications also. This reasearch is a joint project between the Design-based production laboratory of The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of The Tokyo Institute of Technology (prof. I.Hagiwara) and The Computer Graphics Laboratory of The Hosei University (prof. V. Savchenko).
